Keys pick up from 16.00 hrs onwards
Arrivals from Monday to Friday may check-in at our office during opening hours from 16.00 to 18.00 hours. Arrivals outside the office hours will pick up the keys from a Safe Box located at our office and will have an extra charge for provided service.
Key collection OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
To open the door press the code printed below, a green light should appear on the keyboard and the door will open immediately.
Code for locked grilled door: 0011 (zero, zero, one, one)
TO OPEN THE BOX:
Locate the number of your box.
You should have received an e-mail or SMS with the combination code for the box. Enter the code and press the button “OPEN” sliding it down.
If you make a mistake, the button “OPEN” does not slide completely down. In this case, press the button “CLEAR” sliding it down and try to enter the combination one more time.
TO CLOSE THE BOX
Press the button “CLEAR” sliding it down + enter the same combination code you used to open (sent by SMS and/or e-mail). Slide down the button “OPEN” and hold it to return the cover (tap) to its original place.
On the left side of the boxes there is a switch to open the gate from inside.
Important information about tourist registration
Guest Registration – Mandatory Online Check-in
In accordance with Order INT/1922/2003 of July 3rd and Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26th, all guests staying in tourist accommodations in Spain are legally required to provide valid identification (passport or national ID) and complete the official registration form.
This check-in process must be completed online before arrival. You will receive a link to the Chekin app, where you can easily submit your registration details from your mobile device. The platform is directly connected to the Spanish authorities' system, ensuring compliance with all legal obligations.
Please note that completing the check-in is mandatory in order to access the property.

Important! The keys must be returned no later than 10.00. Any check-outs later than the established time will be penalised from your safety deposit. Please take into account that the property may have another tenants checking in that same day.
Before leaving the property make sure that:
- The Air condition is turned off.
- All windows are shut.
- All electrical appliances including the TV are switched off.
- The main door is locked with the key.
- No personal items are left inside the property.
Returning the keys
- If you leave during our office hours from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 10.00 please leave the keys at our office.
- If you leave outside our office hours please return the keys inside the box located next to the Safe Boxes located on the left side of our office.
